function Summary/Purpose:

This position will partner with functional management and other enabling functions to enhance or develop the following areas: process/performance management, MIS development, issue/project management and enhancing/ developing/running internal reporting.

Essential Job responsibilities:
   » Responsible for maintaining, editing and developing reports, including BPR, dashboards, supplier scorecards and Agency/Attorney MIS.
   » Ownership of issue management reporting and MIS resulting from audits and collection issues.
   » Project management of key initiatives for agency and attorney resulting from issues, goals or process/performance improvement.
   » Work with peers and other functions to translate Process/Performance Needs and Requirements into attainable, measurable and quantifiable goals for the team.
   » Partner with Team Members, Lead Manager and Sr. Manager sharing ideas and facilitating an exchange of best practices to ensure consistency among the Agency and Attorney teams.
   » Collaborate with peers to self-identify process breaks and drive a reduction in process defects.
   » Partner with business leaders internally and cross functionally to deal with issues tied to process/performance.
   » Communicate results, issues, risks, opportunities in a timely manner to leadership abilities.
   » Partner with Internal Controls, Process Governance, Compliance and Legal as applicable to strengthen the existing process.
   » Perform other tasks and/or special projects as assigned
   »Bachelor’s degree, in lieu of degree 4+ years’ practice in reporting or project/process management.
   »6+ years’ practice with development in SAS.
   »1+ Years' practice with project/process management.
   » Advanced Excel, Share point, Tableau, OneDrive & Power point expertise.

   » Effective verbal / written communications expertise, particularly facilitation expertise.
